I went through an agency for this position. I met with two of the 3 people I was scheduled and was told that the person I really needed to meet was not available so not sure why they even scheduled the interview that day. The interview went well . After speaking with them he told me that they had 1 production SQL Server with no HA or DR implemented yet. They do NOT have Oracle nor MySQL. After the interview I was told I would be receiving an evaluation test on SQL Admin. I received 5 tests(1 of them was a duplicate). These tests for for MySQL, PL/SQL is what I received. I was told to disregard the 5 tests I was sent and 2 new tests were re-sent. These two were SQL but also had PL/SQL(Oracle) questions as well. Again, I had to reach out to the agency and ask why is he sending tests with Oracle as they DO NOT have any Oracle at their company!! I was told to disregard those questions and just focus on the SQL parts. The lack of attention to detail and lack of understanding about the tests are obvious. As the other person who review this company stated it was not a good experience and I do not recommend anyone going there. They are disorganized, clearly clueless about what their own technology platform is built on and can’t even handle the interview process.
