I applied online and was called for an interview with the Line manager and if you are able to impress her you will be interviewed by the General manager and if you are successful to impress her then one with the vendor. This can take days or weeks depending upon to urgency of the position.
The interview took place in person at the store and lasted around 30 minutes. The manager asked about my previous customer service and sales experience, product knowledge, and how I would handle different customer situations. It was a friendly and conversational interview.

How would you approach a customer who looks unsure about which product to buy?
I went directly to the job fair, interviewed with the manager that day, and had a second interview two weeks later. Then I started training and a week later I started working.

Entrevista
3 rounds of interviews with department manager, the senior manager and the vendor. Takes around 2 weeks for the entire process and got the job offer. Overall the interview is easy and focus on personality.
