The recruiter and candidate experience specialist made the Interview process seamless, but process was still very lengthy. I went through 6 interviews and was not offer the role. Everyone on the panel was great but when I got to the last interview with the VP of EHS, he raise some suspicion to me about the company practices. When he starting talking poorly about the person that I was going to report to that been with the company for nearly 2 decades, that was a huge red flag.
