Two part process, one over the phone and one in person interview with HR and a Manager. Almost all applicants that receive an interview are hired, there is a lot of turn over at this firm and the employees need to be replaced for busy seasons.

Interviewed two times. First time with a senior manager that was very nice. Second time with another manager. Both were very nice and personal. Made you feel comfortable and easy to talk to.
