It started with a 30 minute screening call with a partner about general interest and qualifications for the position. Then a few weeks later had a 2hour interview broken up into 4 30 minute sessions with 2 interviewers at each session. After the interview I never heard back from them again, even after sending a follow up email. Interesting way to go about recruiting.

First, I had a screening call to gauge interest and look over qualifications. Next was a panel interview that went over different topics from behavioral to technical. Very structured and well thought out interview.
