Applied in person on a paper application via a newspaper ad, I received a phone call maybe 3 days later. Had one interview, it lasted maybe 10 minutes. She asked about what I did at my previous positions, what my availability was, and to define customer service. The job is so easy I think she was just trying to see if I had a good personality and was halfway intelligent. At the end she said she would check my references and call me back for a second interview. My second interview was filling out tax forms so I did get the job.

Smooth. The interviewer (manager) was very nice and is not intimidating at all. He is accommodating with my schedule availability since I'm a full time student and only available for PM shifts.

I was asked basic questions, interview was actually the easiest one I've ever done. I was interviewed by the cemetery manager, she told me a little bit about the company and asked when I could start. Received offer letter via email about an hour later.
