They just ask your customer service questions, and see how you do in stressful situations and make sure you're reliable, dependable and if it does it too busy that you won't just walk out in the middle of your shift and leave everyone hanging.
first applied through website, then I was invited for interview by the general manager at the hotel location then I got offer in a week after that. It was pretty straight forward.

Waited an annoying amount of time to be greeted, assistant manager sat down with me in the hotel lobby, and asked basic interview questions. Process was maybe 30 minutes in total.
