After the interview, I was asked to do a job shadow later that day. After the four hour job shadow, I was offered the job and started a few days later.

Very informative, but they expect potential employees to not have lives outside of work, meaning they want someone who is available at any given time, instead of hiring for a specific schedule like most agencies do.
