We had a great interview with department manager, and salary was good according to other hotels in the same city. But for the final process, I had to have interview with general manager. Department manager couldn't arrange a meeting for one week. I waited and lost one week. I called them other week and sent e-mail, they were too busy to answer phones or emails. I called 3rd week and department manager said that she talked with general manager so they are thinking if they need a supervisor or not... I lost one month while waiting them, because my interview with department manager were very positive. There is a big communication problem between stuff.
