Handed in my CV around Christmas time and revived a call inviting me for an interview. I went along although I was quite nervous I met with the manager and she took me to a seating area near the bar. She asked lots of questions about team building and previous experience and so on. After she was finished she told me that there would be a second part to the interview in which I would speak to a supervisor and they would also interview me. The supervisor came across straight after that and she was also very friendly after the interview was done she showed me around the hotel and talked about it and the up and coming events planned. I heard back through email saying I had got the job and to wear a shirt and trouser for the start day. I worked there for a couple of weeks and the work was pretty good except the pay wasn't the best for under 18 and the training was pretty much non existent and you would have to guess what to do the majority of the time. As it was a zero hour contract I didn't get a lot of work when I wanted it and due to this I finished the job not long later.

Interview was organised smoothly. The interviewer had a supervisor alongside - both very lovely. First they asked about myself then HR required questions , such as examples of past experiences in hospitality.
