It's a formal interview. They asked you questions about your prior experience and how you handled any outside extremities. They also asked how you would fit in their culture and what you have to offer.

The recruiter was approachable and made the process smooth. One of the interviews with the hiring manager felt a bit more rigid, with less focus on my future contributions. However, another interviewer was more engaging and asked thoughtful questions about how I could add value to the team. As someone who met almost all the qualifications, I was not selected in the end and did not receive any detailed feedback on why, which was disappointing given the time I invested and left me concerned that the lack of transparency means the decision was not based on skills, experience, or passion.
