Contacted by recruiter, then did interview with manager. Manager filled out a worksheet with questions. Manager was disorganized and forgot to cover stuff in interview that I ended up having to ask her and she said oh, I forgot to cover that. Was told they would get back to me by a certain date either way and they didn't have the courtesy to call either way.

It was a Very friendly process and good response via email. It was very personable and non threatening. The next stage was video recording of some questions. Lots of people apply so it is a bit hectic. But everything is on site
