15 mins introductory call with their HR followed by a take home assignment. Their assessment - it would only take 8 hours. But you have to study their documentation, run their desktop apps. Develop both Android/IOS apps while making sure they are production ready with solid design and architecture. It's an easy 1-2 weeks of work which they are asking for free. There's no guarantee that they would even review the assignment no other interview before the assignment. It's more like a blind shot for the candidates with a lot of work with no guarantee of even a fair review or salary estimate. Will not work for a such company who doesn't value their candidates times and efforts. If they can't even afford to atleast do 2 rounds of interview before take home assignment, then it's not worth it.
