2 Stage process. Initially I was contacted and went through a screening process with the recruitment agency. Stage one was an initial video call with department members. Stage 2 was in person and an onsite walkaround as one of their aggregate facilities. It was approximately 1 and a half months before they made contact following the 2nd interview.
