I had three rounds of technical interviews with senior employees and one with the hiring manager, all of which went well. However, the issue arose after the final interview when the recruiter ghosted me for almost a month. Despite my attempts to contact the recruiter through three different channels, I never received a response. After that period of silence, I received an email informing me that the position had been closed. It seems like they were simply trying to build their own candidate database.
