Interview process was seamless. The recruiting company was actually nice, they provided support along the process and replied to emails, The process includes a video interview, a interview with the recruiter and a final interview

They asked me to describe myself. They asked me about my strengths and weaknesses. They asked me about the company. they asked me talk about a financial news that I have read in the past week

Straightforward process. One casual coffee then two interview rounds. HR attended one of the interviews. They had good open with communication throughout the process. Had to do an online test.

Entrevista
4 rounds - 1st round is with the hiring manager and a senior underwriter (competency questions), the 2nd is a watson glaser online assessment, 3rd is with an 2 other personnel from other departments (competency and technical questions) and the final round is with the divisional head. Unfortunately I didn't make it passed the 3rd round. You definitely need to practice before taking the online assessment. The interviewers were really friendly and professional.
