When I applied I was sent a pre-screen survey full of yes or no questions from there I heard from the recruiter 2 days later for the initial phone screen. Had the phone screen then was asked to come in for a in person interview at the end of the call. A couple hours after my in person interview, I found out I would be considered for the last round of interviews and was told I would need to take an assessment and reference check and speak with the VP of Customer Success (This was Friday).I did my assessment, fill-out out my reference check for to send to my references complete over the weekend. On Monday I had a call with the VP and was made a offer the same day.

Hireology moves quickly as a company and this certainly also applies to their hiring process. Every step was clearly thought out and I never felt left in the dark about "next steps." Scheduling interviews and completing necessary documentation was made as easy as possible. Each interview was professional, but also allowed for space to get to know those interviewing me.
