During the university's group discussion round, it became apparent that the process was poorly structured and executed. With 100 students participating, the organizers did not allocate even 15 seconds per person to speak, making it nearly impossible for anyone to effectively contribute or showcase their abilities. This chaotic and disorganized approach not only undermines the purpose of a GD but also reflects poorly on the company conducting the hiring process. A company that doesn't take the time to ensure a fair and structured evaluation of candidates may not be worth considering as a potential employer. The lack of a well-defined hiring process raises concerns about how the company values its candidates and, by extension, its employees. In the end, it feels like the opportunity to present yourself was wasted, and the overall experience was not a positive one.
