Had an initial phone interview with a recruiter. Spoke on the phone asking basic questions of background and why I was looking for work. The recruiter seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but on the phone with me. She sounded like she was miserable in her role, did a terrible job of explaining anything beyond the basic scope of the company, and if anything turned me away from the company. Based on the initial phone interview I would never work for this company.
