Entrevista
There is an HR call, online code testing assessment (covering both leetcode style questions and computing concepts), an hour chat with an engineering director asking about your background/behavioral and onsite. The onsite is about 3 hours long with a culture fit, API design, and systems design portion (1 hour each).

The onsite API design and system design build off each other. Know how the hinge app works.
Phone Screen. They expect you know the company product very well. they'll send you list of article and a quiz for you.
The interview just asks endless questions based on you answer. Be prepred for that

I applied through linkedin. process was super quick and flexible, got feedback within a couple days for each step. OA followed by HM call and 3 part final round. one of the final round interviews is a behavioral

OA was combination of leetcode, python and sql.
classic ML style technical rounds followed by culture fit interview. Hinge seems very particular about picking
overall, fun interview questions and interviewers seemed super sharp and got good vibes. thought it was cool that they had staff level engs interviewing which helped when asking questions i had about company. hiring manager call is early on which is also super helpful to get a sense right away of whether you / they would want to work with each other.
