Applied via Hilton Careers and was invited for an online interview where I recorded myself answering questions. Then I was invited by HR for an in person interview at the Hilton Midtown NYC location. When I arrived, I waited for half an hour before was separately interviewed by two unprepared managers who hadn't looked at my resume nor knew I was coming. They didn't have questions for me and said the director of Front Office was in a meeting, so I should reschedule an interview with her. After that I was ghosted by the company, with neither a rejection nor an offer. I followed up with an email and a phone call, no answer to those as well.
