I applied online. In about 3 days I got an email back stating to take an assessment online. After that I had a phone interview after about another 3 days. After the phone interview I was scheduled for a face to face interview. The whole process didn't take long.

The interview process was very disappointing. I had prepared extensively for the interview, spending many hours in preparation; however, the recruiter did not show up and did not provide any prior notice. After reaching out with follow-up emails to check if I had missed any updates, I received no response, highlighting the recruiter’s unprofessional behavior. This experience left me feeling that the company's recruitment process was poorly managed, which was particularly surprising given my otherwise positive experiences with Hilton from a customer perspective.
