I think I had an initial screening with an external recruiter and then a series of three interviews with different managers within the course of one business week. Following this, I was ultimately surprised not to receive an offer nor a formal decline. I simply did not hear back and assumed the role had been filled. This is not unusual, but felt unusual due to the number of interviews/conversations I had with various managers at Hilton in a short timeframe. At the time they were my first choice and I am disappointed to not have received an offer. Nevertheless, I would still remark that my experience was a positive one due to the conversations I had the vibe of the interviews.
