I was then, interviewed by Director of department. Then offer was made 1 week later.. I worked there for a month and was not given schedule requested.

Applied online, got a phone call asking to come to the hotel for an interview a few days afterwards. Had an interview with the Front Desk Manager in the lobby of the Hotel. After the interview he asked me to come back for a "working interview"- basically working with the current Front Desk supervisor to see how I would deal with the job and if I liked it.
