EXCELLENT Interview. Ask about what experience i had to better the organization. What could I bring to the Organization to improve the Security Department. How would I help/assist people at the resort. What would i do in various situations (Bomb Threat, Fire, Injured employee/patron)

So I have been interviewing with several Hilton hotels for a security position with not much luck. This interview with the drake hotel in downtown Chicago had to have been my worst experience yet. At the end of the interview when she asked me if I had any questions I ask “what do you look for in an employee?” I was inform by the interviewer that they don’t like to hire too many military personal due to there personality issues and because they don’t tempt to have good customer service skills. I was highly disappointed to her responds because the Hilton hotels claim to be a company that is committed to hiring veterans and now I know that is not a true representation of the company and will stop all attempts to get hire at a Hilton establishment or make any kind of business associated with the Hilton as well as discourage friends and family from using a Hilton hotel for business.
