Applied online, and by e-mails. Then interviewed at location. Ms. Nagwa "The training manager" interviewed me at the tea lounge, and offered me a soft drink during the interview. We chatted a little, and had talked a lot about my perspectives, and goals from this internship.
3 question hirevue, then super easy 20 min recruiter screen, then 30 minute behavioral with manager. Marketing & loyalty internship mclean va. super easy process and they were communicative the whole time.

Easy hirevue for first round, talked with recruiter for second round. Hirevue was only 3 questions and I talked with the recruiter for about 20 minutes. Was not very hard.
