bad. terrible unprofessional communication etiquette by HR rep in KL office.Called for interview SCHEDULED on WED.whereby she was informed it was against my schedule. Mon/Fri more agreeable. suggested email more feasible to which she agreed. a week later I CALLED to verify if she had emailed.response was not yet as checking schedule. i said shall await her email. she said ok. today when i called to ask again whether she had emailed. she said i am no longer shortlisted. i asked why did not email as agreed she said called me to confirm date agreeable but could not get through my line. i said there was no missed call recorded. if she could tell me time/date of call i could fire my telekom provider if slack on their service.also mentioned that had already informed to email so why did she call ! she says she will check status & get back to me. this is definitely NOT 5 star communication etiquette. obviously the company is in dire need of professional development skills.

Very involved and respectful. Seven rounds of interviews at different points in the process--both in person and via Skype. Interviews included recruiter, business owners and internal customers. It was evident that they were all very aligned on the vision for the role and the part it would play in their business.
