Overall the interview process was easy, but it was sort of stressful with all of the steps.

Pregunta 1
The first part of the interview (with the corporate recruiter) will ask you about 4 to 5 basic questions, ranging from: how did you hear about Hilton, what do you think the job entails, what is your definition of integrity?, what are your salary requirements, and are you willing to relocate.
The second part of the interview is with Senior Management. Their are usually two to three senior managers in the interview, which they will ask you behavioral questions. This part of the interview process takes about 1 hour.
The third part of the interview process requires a skills assessment, which you will be given a case study. The case study is basic and general math/strategy.
The fourth part of the interview process, involves another case study, but in essay form.

Entrevista
2 interviews. One half-hour phone call with a recruiter and a 45-minute interview with a couple of people at Hilton. The second interview asked standard interview questions, revenue management questions, and data-related questions. They ask a lot of questions for a 45-minute interview.

They asked the average interview questions that seem like trick questions. Awkward uncomfortable and not really intriguing enough to connect or have a smooth flowing conversation for me more because I'm terribly shy.

They got back to me very soon after I applied. Like within a week and got the interview scheduled the day after the screening. By the next day, I had an offer
