I worked through Hilton Worldwide's Talent Recruitment offices. It was a really smooth and professional process. It even incorporated a Recorded (Video) interview at the beginning of the process, allowing them to ask one set of questions, and allow multiple people to see the answers presented. This showcases personality, communication level, appearance, etc. A much better process than just a basic phone screening.
