Received a voicemail from an enthusiastic recruiter asking that I give her a call back about a position I applied for the previous week. I returned her phone call a few hours after I received the message. The recruiter did not answer so I left my own message. At the end of the day I followed up with another phone call but no message. Two days later I still had not received a call back. I call her back and leave a second message after she fails to answer the phone. It has been over two weeks since her original call and she has not given me the professional courtesy of calling me back when she initiated contact. I don't know if the recruiter is on vacation, quit, or is in a coma. More likely she found another candidate within that short time frame.
Here is a little advice, hiring practices like this only burn bridges and alienate potential hires. It is rude and unprofessional to call someone and not simply spend the minute it takes to return someone's call. While you may not think you need me, it is entirely possible that sometime down the road you will want to hire me or one of my colleagues. I will be certain to share this incident and advise them that this is the type of company the Hilton is. Unlike your recruiters I will answer the phone or return their calls. But do not expect me to ever bring my expertise, technical skills, and successful track record to your company.

The interviewer was unaware that there was an interview scheduled, I had to wait for hours at the entrance. Then I had an informal conversation with two assistant managers who were obviously unprepared and had no idea what to ask me. I received no response afterwards, I doubt they even tracked their candidates timelines.

it was interesting by the interviewer and the question by the interviewer cam with good analysis of me. if I was chosen by the organization it would be great. In the future i would apply for the same position
Four round of interview First round was with the HR. Fairly straightforward going through the resume Second round was a excel assessment test Third round was with a manger Last round was with 2 co workers back to back
