First interview with another researcher, then another round with HR and the manager, and finally, one face-to-face whole-day interview (4 hours) on campus with various people. All in all, the interviews were very pleasant, the procedure was well-defined, and everyone was very informative about the company, the position, and their expectations. I believe that the main goal of the interviewers was to identify my work culture and if I fit in well with the team. The company culture seems excellent!
