Outperformer Program 1 - online application submitting documents etc. (at this time it's possible to partecipate at a sort of online conference, quite useless) 2 - lync video conference (approx. 45 min, with a HR who asks typical behavioral questions) If it doesn’t work, they will call you on your phone number. The person in charge of this has seemed not too much interested in speaking with me, and during the interview she has started speaking with someone else) 3-in site interview (no information about it)

Entrevista
Talent Acquisition team is very professional and friendly. It started with an interview with HR, then there is a Business Case interview, and if you pass this individual Case interview there is an Assessment in Schaan.
Starts with a hire view, then meeting with HR who is very helpful and gives constructive feedback. Then business case with a more technical manager and haven't gotten further yet.
Interviewers are super professional and friendly, and the whole process is transparent you would receive constructive feedback from your interviewers. The whole process is pretty efficient compared to other firms.
