Three rounds, very simple, effective and straight. Number one, we had a telephone call about some basic information and there was a simple english language test, as well. Two, I had an interview with an HR representative as well as with the marketing manager. Three, I had a meeting with the team leader, just a discussion, not tests or something like that. At the end of the meetin we made a deal and decided to sign a contract.
