The interview was with two different stakeholders. 45 min with the HR and about 1h with the n+1. We went had it through Skype. Both were very open minded and interesting. I was able to ask many questions about the job role

What stood out in my interview with Hilti was that the conversation was far less about domain expertise and far more about leadership behaviour.
Very early on, it became clear that they assume domain skills can be learned—what they actively probe is how you think, lead, and take ownership.

How would you sell hilti products and how will your past experience helps you?
It was detailed and direct and interesting. It was though provoking and difficult...People were good. company atm was good.. Ambience was good. Was comfortable. Will recommend. Pls prepare in advance. Not too much, but just enough.
