Had 2 phone interviews with the HR person and hiring manager. Both went pretty well. After the interviews, I sent an email to check on the status and never got an answer. After a month I checked in again and never got an answer. After 2 months I checked again and never heard since. It would have been professional to al least give me a feedback, even negative. Maybe I just got unlucky that I interviewed with inexperienced, incompetent people.
