There were standard emails and a phone call prior to a Zoom interview. As part of the process, I was asked to complete and submit a sample task — which typically means you’ve been shortlisted and are being seriously considered for the role or, at the very least, the next interview stage. What’s disappointing is that after doing everything they asked, they didn't acknowledge my time and effort, even with a simple 'thanks but no thanks'.

* Contacted by email to ask what time would be suitable for a phone interview. (Big positive) * Asked to write a sample advertorial and social media post for one of their products after first round interview. * Told there'd be contacted regarding second round interviews (whether successful or unsuccessful) but never heard back.
