Very disjointed, hit and miss. The "technical interview" was still using the old software engineer interviewing mentality with live coding, some random low level business questions and then expecting me to go through the questions and code live on the interview. That in and of itself was a huge red flag, I mean who writes cold SQL/Python anymore with all the AI tools to handle that low-level task and so they are essentially testing for skills/memory-laden processes that are no longer relevant in Data Science/Analytics. I canceled the interview after getting on the call and seeing that they were testing for these outdated work modes. The recruiter was very nice and did a good job, the rest of the process was concerning.
