Applied online via Glassdoor and received a call from Regional Manager. Also received a follow up email from the company recruiter. One on one interview with the Regional Manager as well as a follow up interview the following day.

First interview was over the phone with the director of recruiting. She spent the better part of an hour going over my job history, pros and cons of each position, reasons why I left, why I liked or disliked each position I held. She talked in great detail about the company history, what was expected of the sales team, and was very forthcoming about the good AND bad about the job. She answered all questions thoroughly and gave me a better picture of the company and the job before I moved to the next interview process. My first in person interview with with the manager I would be working for and the last interview was with the director of sales. All in all it took about a week and a half from start to finish.
