I went through a phone screen, one hour technical in office interview, and 5-hour in office final round with Hightower. This was one of the best interview experiences I had. The recruiter was professional and I liked that the process was relatively quick (only two rounds). The final round included lunch with 4-5 team members. The interview was mostly in Ruby so I would recommend brushing up on Ruby beforehand. I would highly recommend applying here.
