I had an offer on the table at a different company and the HighTower team expedited the interview process to be able to accommodate to my decision window. I cannot express how much that meant to me and only heightened my desire to be at HighTower. I had my second round Monday and was able to have my final interview two days later with an offer in hand hours later.
