Recruiter, 1 HR team member, 1 HR team member/Business leader, Ghost. I interviewed with a total of 4 people and heard nothing back from them. I sent a thank you note and follow up to the recruiter and nothing. I get it, we are all busy but if I am going to invest the time to interview and write thank you note, have the courtesy to reply and say we are moving a different direction. Overall I felt like the team did not know what they needed or wanted in this role. It seemed this role was more designed to take things off the interviewer's plate vs being strateigc.
