I had a wonderful experience with Hightower's interview process. Everyone I talked to was genuine, took the time to get to know me as well as my experience, and asked great questions to ensure it was an aligned fit for both of us. Their questions were catered towards the specific role and team I would be joining, so it gave me a great sense of the position and culture of the team. Everyone was so kind throughout the entire experience.

I was sent the calendar invitation from the Recruiter on a weekend to schedule a phone screening with him. I set up the phone screening and called him at the scheduled time but nobody picked up. He called me back a few hours later and apologized, stating that he got caught up in a meeting which is understandable. We rescheduled for the next day. However, I called him back and once again, he didn't pick up. I never heard back through phone or email. I found this whole process to be unprofessional and frustrating. I understand Recruiters are busy people (I am a Recruiter myself) but candidates take time from their own schedule as well. If this is how the Recruiter treats candidates, how do they treat their employees?!
