A five hour day of interviewing can be intimidating for anyone, but as I stepped into the Highspot office I felt at home. Everyone I spoke to was truly so welcoming and genuine and the conversations flowed easily. They not only asked me questions pertaining to my career and skillset, but each individual also made an effort to create conversations about our personal lives—to get to know me, as well as let me get to know them. Company culture is a HUGE factor for me and it was refreshing see that Highspot makes that a priority. Another thing that 100% sold me on this company was not only the opportunity for growth in my position, but the opportunity to have amazing mentors who have my best interest and help me succeed.

Was contacted by the recruiter after applying online. After some communication delay, we had a phone screen interview. The interviewer indicated a very positive response to me as a candidate, and said would pass me on to the hiring manager, then... ghosted. No further contact, no response to my followup. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
