I first applied online via Indeed. After applying someone from HR contacted me and scheduled an interview. I was instructed to bring an Application with me. I interviewed with the HR Director and HIM Consultant for Highlands. Both were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I interviewed in large conference room on the first floor. I was later offered the job but turned it down since it was over a 50 minute drive from where I currently live. If I lived closer I think I really would have enjoyed working there.
