was interviewed by 3 people and asked (1) how I dealt with intense situations and (2) why I want the job and (3) describe my education and experience, then asked to give 3 references at least 1 professional, and then went to another room and met with 2 others that basically gave me a lay out of what I would be doing. I knew immediately (before I left) that I was a wanted for the job
