I spent a significant amount of time researching the company and preparing for the interview process. I went through two rounds of assessments—a preliminary interview and a two-hour written exercise—and scheduled a final interview. Then, all of a sudden, I was told that the company had already found their ideal candidates. I know the process is not fair because the decision was made before any of the candidates had a chance to go to the final interview (all of the final interview slots were scheduled after the decision was made). Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time, and the decision-making process was far from transparent.
