Applied online and followed up with an email to the recruiter who is part of my network. Had an initial phone interview That was very positive. Was sent a PI (which I’ve taken before) personality test and completed it. Was told there would be follow up in a week or so and that I met or exceeded 99% of the qualifications. Never heard back despite sending 2 emails of follow up and a voicemail with the recruiter. Ghosted. This company does not care about people or good communication.
