The process has three rounds: 1. resume screening 2. Interview round with manager (was asked bout me & role. then one guesstimate) 3. Interview round with VP (was detailed bout the role then was give case study based questions)

I probably wouldn't have joined the company even If I were hired here. Actually, I don't blame the company here but the manager who interviewed me was a real egoistic person. He very clearly thinks highly of himself. First round was a technical round with problem solving using SQL and Excel. I was asked about my previous work and some related questions. Second round was based on guestimates and case study. I could only say to the hiring team that an interview need not be an interrogative process. And the worst part is my interview ended mid way because the zoom minutes got over which I doubt it happened unknowingly. Everyone knows the meeting can be extended. The hiring team did not care to extend or reschedule or give a closure and left me in a limbo. I never would have bothered to work with such a manger.
