Final-stage interview after online tests & video interview. Unfortunately, the questions were extremely generic. Recruiters clearly had no interest in the individual they were interviewing and hadn't looked at CV, etc beforehand

I was invited to attend an online assessment centre. It had very good structure within their own online portal, including a timetable and multiple teams meeting links. These included a group task, an individual presentation and an interview. The interview seemed very low pressure with friendly interviewer. They value using the STAR structure and showing you know their values.
