What Didn’t Go Well: There was zero human interaction before or after the test. No recruiter intro, no chance to ask questions, nothing. The test felt generic, it didn’t seem tied to the actual role, which supposedly focuses on API design and full-stack work rather than algorithm puzzles. I didn’t receive feedback after completing the test. Two weeks later I got a standard rejection email with no explanation.
